    INTRO TO CRYSTALS

    Experience the energies of the crystals, learn what they can do, where they come from, how you can use them yourself on your own, how to care and clear them. Lots of hands on playing with crystals and a guided meditation with crystals.

    Explore the meaning of the chakras and how they process information to raise consciousness, awaken spirituality and help you understand who you are.

    CONSCIOUS BREATHING

    Explore 3 yogic breathing techniques and experience the powerful effects of each. Use the breath to de-stress and calm emotions, to increase vitality and stamina, and to balance and clear the head and mind. Be nourished deeply with oxygen and Life Force Energy while detoxifying and letting go.

    MANTRAS, THE POWER OF SOUND

    Experience the power of Mantra. We will play with 3 or 4 different yogic mantras and the effects they have on body and mind. No singing skill necessary - just a willingness to play with vibrations.

    INTRO TO MEDITATION

    A 4 hour series to introduce you to the basics of meditation. Learn what meditation is all about, experience a basic meditation technique, and discover strategies to develop a regular meditation practice without the common obstacles and struggles. Receive a voice recording to use at home to get your meditation started and handouts with tips to help you stay on track.

    1 hour for 4 weeks or 2 hours for 2 weeks

    STOP THE STRUGGLE TO MEDITATE

    “My mind just won't stop. I'm doing something wrong. ugh.” Sound familiar? Meditation doesn’t have to be a struggle. This 4 week series explores the most common obstacles to creating a regular meditation practice. Discover your motivation to meditate, dispel the myths and expectations surrounding meditation, change your perceptions to support success rather than that feeling of wanting to give up.

    DETAILS OF ALIGNMENT

    Explore common yoga postures in finite detail. How do you hold your pelvis in Tree pose? Do you shrug the shoulders in warrior?

    With an emphasis on consciously placing the body in alignment and feeling our way deeply into each pose we will play with the details of common yoga postures. Learn the nuances of postures and let them evolve.

    THE DEEPER MEANING OF YOGA POSTURES

    Let your yoga practice deepen and evolve as you go into your postures more meditatively and with deeper consciousness. In this workshop we explore the deeper meaning of a select few yoga poses and what they mean to you personally. This experience opens you to incredible new insights.

    YOGA FOR INSOMNIA

    Be guided in a practice you can do on your own to help calm and soothe the nervous system, the breath and the mind. Discuss some of the causes of and solutions to insomnia, when to see your Doctor, and tips to help you get a good night’s rest.

    YOGA FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

    Experience ways yoga can help you manage your stress both physically and mentally. Learn skills to let go, relax and shift perceptions to eliminate stress completely. Explore how stress impacts you physically, emotionally and behaviourally.

    YOGA FOR ARTHRITIS

    Experience a yoga practice specifically designed for joint health. Movement of joints and strengthening and stretching of muscles supporting joints is the main focus of practice. This practice can be done in a chair or on the floor.

    1.5 hour workshop.

The mini version of my course, Transformative Wisdom. Learn how to identify the thoughts and beliefs causing your emotional pain, release and replace those harmful beliefs and find Divine perspective.
