Come and hear the incredibly inspiring stories of 2 women who each experienced the life changing effects of cancer. 

Stephanie moved through breast cancer with the help of medicine, yoga and meditation.  Hear about her journey into herself, health and healing and how yoga and meditation deeply supported her through medical treatment and changed her whole life.

Through Lida's experience with liver and colon cancer she journeyed into the depths of herself looking at mind, body and soul issues to seek health of each.  The experience transformed her at her very core.  Listen as she shares the various treatments she sought beyond the medical, the inner struggles she met and the lifestyle changes she made.

Susan is the owner of Pathways to Peace Yoga & Healing.  In her journey into yogic practices she has found herself walking a path to peace that leads towards Enlightenment.  This journey has been one that has led her into her most inner Self, to explore her true identity beyond this physical reality.  Susan will share aspects of her journey that have lead her to places of wisdom, faith, trust, the vastness of the mind as well as yogic practices like meditation, observing the self/Self, and more that have propelled her along that path toward enlightenment.  This exploration of enlightenment has inspired Susan to write a book called Little Bits of Wisdom in which she shares these insights.  Get a preview of her book to be published in the near future.

Cynthia Abbott is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and a Certified Qi Gong instructor.  Come and let Cindy treat you to an evening of women's Qi Gong for health.  Qi Gong is an empowering tool to improve a wide range of women's health concerns.  It is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, deep breathing and movements. 

During her talk Cindy will take us all through some Qi Gong movements so we have the chance to experience it ourselves!
